What are the payment methods?

Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or through our online reservation system.

Under what conditions and how can I change my reservation date?

Reservation date changes are based on availability. If you submit your request to our advisory team at least 3 days in advance, we will be happy to assist you with changing your date.

How can I cancel my reservation?

You must contact our advisory team to cancel your reservation.

Under what conditions and within how many days is a full refund provided?

If you cancel up to 15 days before your reservation date, you will receive a full refund. The money will be fully refunded to you within 10 business days. For more information, please review the Distance Selling Agreement.

How many days in advance should I notify you to cancel my reservation, and which communication channels should I use?

To cancel your reservation, simply notify us at least 15 days in advance.

For cancellations made at least 15 days in advance, the full amount will be refunded.

For cancellations made up to 7 days in advance, 50% of the payment will be refunded.

No refund will be provided for cancellations made 7 days or less before the reservation date.

What are the check-in and check-out times for all apartments?

Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM in all apartments.

Is early check-in possible?

Early check-in is possible depending on the availability of the apartment. Approval from our advisory team is required.

How do you enter the apartments?

All apartments are accessed via a keypad system. On the day of your reservation, your access details will be sent to you by e-mail or phone no later than 11:00 AM.

Can we stay in apartments with our pets?

Pets are allowed depending on the apartment type. However, you must inform our advisory team before making a reservation.

Is there a place where we can leave our personal belongings (suitcases/luggage, etc.)?

Yes. With approval from our advisors, you can entrust your personal belongings (suitcases/luggage, etc.) to our team.

Can optional amenities such as a baby crib or feeding chair be provided?

Yes, we would be happy to assist you with your request.
